One
of the most enjoyable times I ever had was when some
friends and I chartered a sailboat and took a 10 day
cruise around the U.S. and British Virgin Islands. The
boat was an old 47' ketch with a really wide beam. There
were 3 couples, 2 from Chicago and the Captain and his
first mate. We Chicago-ans had done a lot of sailing
on Lake Michigan in a 25' foot Cal but offshore cruising
in the Carribean was an altogether different experience.
I haven't located all my slides there are definitely
more to come.
